Dryland Fitness Program

The fitness program goes to September 1, 2024, and is open to ages 10 and up, with sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and optional Sundays. Activities include stretching, workouts, and cool-downs at various locations, ending with a fun run/walk. Sessions are led by two facilitators.

Program Components

Customized Workouts

The program offers tailored workouts for different age groups, focusing on core, push, pull, hip, and hinge movements. These exercises promote balanced physical development and overall well-being, addressing physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Each session aims to enhance participants' fitness and help them achieve personal health goals.

HIIT and Diverse Training

High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is central to the program, providing varied workouts to prevent muscle fatigue and keep participants engaged. The training includes proper exercise techniques, motivational performance training, and adaptability to different environments, ensuring comprehensive physical conditioning.

Comprehensive Fitness Activities

Participants engage in stretching, warmups, cooldowns, and strength training, alongside learning healthy eating habits and routines. Motivational speaking sessions inspire a healthy lifestyle. This diverse range of activities ensures a holistic approach to fitness, supporting both physical and mental health.

Holistic Health Approach

The program promotes overall health by preventing injury, increasing muscle strength, and improving well-being. Activities include creative drills, strength building, and agility training, offering a complete workout experience. This approach supports physical, mental, and emotional health for participants of all ages and fitness levels.
